As discussed and agreed verbally on Friday 8/21/26, I am hiring you to be a breathwork facilitator as part of my September Retreat in Washington, NH from Sept 16-19, 2026.
You have agreed to provide approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hrs of guided breathwork over 4 days.
Day One: "breathe into yourself again"
Day Two: "breathe into your intentions"
Day Three: "breathe into possibilities"
Day Four: "breathe to solidify your truth"
I have agreed that you can video record yourself doing this....and presuming all participants sign the media release, I can video you and them....
The idea behind this is that you provide an important component of the retreat, and, that at the same time you can fully participate as a Sacred Spiral member. You "give the ride and take the ride." To that end, you are paying me as your coach and retreat facilitator.
Specifically, we have agreed I will provide:
$1200 fee for the guided breathwork by you;
$1254 fee for your airline ticket;
total of $2454
Above and beyond that, I will provide your transportation from the bus stop in New London, NH on 9/15/26, and your transportation to the retreat house on 9/16. I will provide all food for you while you are with me, both at the retreat and on the day before and day after, while we are together. You are responsible for your coach fee (approx. $25 through dartmouthcoach.com) and any incidentals while you are traveling solo.

Fee for retreat: $2777.
I am not charging anything beyond that...no extra coaching/vip access, etc.
To that end,
$2777 you pay me for retreat
$2454 I pay you for breathwork
= $323 Amount you owe. Due upon receipt.
